By taking a class with Palombo Training Group (Palombo Aquatics LLC) you agree and understand to the following:

- Palombo Aquatics reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment.
- A minimum of six (6) participants is required in order for the class to take place. You will be notified if any program is canceled due to insufficient registration and a refund will issued.
- Any refund approved will have 4% of the total withheld from the returned amount to cover the credit card processor charge.As of April 2023 our Credit Card Processor has informed us they will no longer return the processing fee as part of the refund.
- If you are paying for a class by credit or debit card, you understand and agree you are at least eight teen(18) years old and are the authorized card holder.
- Palombo Aquatics is and will take every precaution necessary to prevent the spread of Covid-19,Including social distancing where appropriate, mask requirements and temperature check and screening. However there may be moments especially in our Aquatic classes where social distancing may not be achieved due to program requirements. Palombo Aquatics Assumes no fault at anytime of possible exposure and is an inherent risk of taking the class.
- If you must withdraw from a class, we must receive a written cancellation at least five (5) business days before any aquatic/instructor class and at least (3) three business days before any land-base course begins.
- If you do not cancel five days for aquatics course/instructor courses or 3 day for land-base courses you will forfeit your payment for this session and not receive a refund ( you may request that upper management to review your case but there is no guarantee of a full refund) .
- If a rescheduling is approved by management, participant will be charged a Rescheduling fee. $35 for Lay or BLS and $100 for Aquatic and Instructor Courses
- If you do not show up for the class you will not receive a refund.
- Chargeback Claims: When a customer files a charge back claim for which the company respectfully disagrees that the customer is not entitled to their funds, there will be a $45.00 fee for fees charged to us by our merchant bank for disputing the charge back.
- Billing Issues: “Palombo Aquatics LLC.” follows all consumer laws and is straightforward with all charges. It is your responsibility to stay on top of all payments and invoices. When a customer is sent an invoice, there will be a designated due date for when a customer needs to make a payment. All payments need to be paid on the due date by 5pm. For any invoice that is 60 days overdue or payment not made, we will suspend your account and your invoice will be transferred to debt collections.
- If you show up to class pass the complementary grace period (5 min for blended learning course and 15 min for instructor-led course) you will not be allowed to enter the class, nor are you entitled to a refund.
- You allow Palombo Aquatics and our staff to use his or her images or videos in any form or format, for use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional material. A customer/parent/guardian can change their mind at any moment by informing us in writing.
- Failure to complete course pre-work, or pass the prerequisite swimming evaluation or skill evaluation check, failure to show up or late arrivals, or failure of any portion of the class no refund will be given.
- The class will require some strenuous physical activity. You are encouraged to check with your healthcare professional before participating. If a medical condition or disability exists that might prevent participation in the activities, or if there are questions about fully participating in the course, please contact us.
